Senior Influencer Partnerships Specialist

We seek a seasoned expert to drive influencer marketing efforts. This role involves building strong relationships with social media personalities, creating impactful campaigns, and measuring their effectiveness.

About the Position

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a highly organized individual who can manage multiple influencer partnerships simultaneously. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support product launches and brand initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with top influencers across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial outreach to performance evaluation
  • Negotiate terms and rates with creators to ensure campaign success within budget constraints
  • Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to continuously optimize results
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a comparable digital marketing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on English language proficiency
  • Possess strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
