The Manpower Core Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Process Training and Development Specialist to join their team in Pasay, MOA Complex. This role is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

About the Role

As a Process Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable, energized, cohesive, and relevant learning experience across the learning academy. You will also manage allocation of people and financial resources for Learning and Development and adapt to other tasks such as coaching, mentoring, compliance auditing.

You will own and evolve the learning roadmap for new hires and leaders, continuously building and adding learning paths. You will leverage a deep understanding of the various services in Global Custody to create specialized and optimized learning paths.

Additionally, you will design and implement certification and implementation programs for New Hire specialists and New Hire Leadership onboarding. You will understand the bigger picture of how effective learning impacts the overall competency and readiness of employees to set them up for success and creating a positive ripple effect to the organizational goals and visions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs that enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Create an enjoyable, energized, cohesive, and relevant learning experience across the learning academy
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Learning and Development
  • Own and evolve the learning roadmap for new hires and leaders
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the various services in Global Custody to create specialized and optimized learning paths
  • Design and implement certification and implementation programs for New Hire specialists and New Hire Leadership onboarding
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years of experience in instructional designing, training delivery with specialization in banking operations. You will also need proven leadership qualities, including effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

Additionally, you will need at least 5 years of inbound client service experience from global banking operations required. You will also need advanced level in developing and executing training programs, strong interpersonal skills with developing frontline specialists through effective coaching techniques.

Deep understanding of TNA Training Needs Analysis to formulate and facilitate training programs, mock call scenarios, best practices, one-pager process flows, refreshers, to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills is also required.

A minimum of 2 years of college degree BS / BA (72 units) is necessary, along with willingness to work 100% onsite at Pasay, MOA Complex. Willingness to travel as needed by the business and willing to work night shift (North America Hours) and shifting schedule as needed by the business is also required.

Desired Qualifications

Brokerage operations experience, Accounting / Finance / Economics / Investment Banking / Capital Markets, or relevant experience is desired. Active FINRA Series 6 / Series 7 / Series 99 as an added advantage for the role is also desirable.

PMP / Project Management Equivalent / Lean Six Sigma Methodology / Data Storytelling / Coaching Methodologies is also a plus. Advanced to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, and relevant digital tools is necessary. Presentation skills, with deep understanding and expertise of the story behind the numbers is also required.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is PHP 35,000 per month, based on industry standards and market trends.
