Senior Consultant - Technology Project Management

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to pioneer our Learning Experience Platform (LXP). As the right individual, you will design, implement and manage adoption of this platform ensuring seamless integration with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical integration of learning content providers to enhance user experience
  • Lead technical implementation of extended enterprise/multi-tenant architecture for scalability
  • Provide tier 3+ technical support to address complex queries
  • Promote change management of platform enhancements to foster a culture of innovation
  • Collaborate with business workgroups on leveraging the platform for learning initiatives
  • Work closely with Curators/Instructional Designers on platform functionality and enhancements
  • Support reporting & business intelligence requests for learning initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in technology project management
  • Proven track record in implementing enterprise learning technology solutions and/or SaaS/PaaS
  • Enterprise project and/or product management expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with LXPs and API integration e.g. Degreed, EdCast
  • Experience working cross functionally, influencing change in a matrix organization
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills
  • Experience with data analysis, statistics and visualization (with various BI tools)
  • UI/UX design experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approach
