Job Title: Technology Delivery Lead

Foster a culture of collaboration between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless alignment of IT solutions with internal and external customer needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Management
  • Reporting Structure: Directly to the Head of Technology and indirectly to the Head of PM Practice
  • Solution Delivery: End-to-end delivery of portfolio solutions using Architecture-Driven-Agile methodology and Solution Planning Framework
  • Estimation and Validation: Ownership and validation of all estimates and inputs forming the basis of the solution delivery plan
  • Resource Management: Identification, onboarding, and management of appropriate delivery expertise and resources
  • Project Control: Control project scope and drive timely decision-making across solution design and delivery phases
  • Risk Management: Proactive management of project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), blockers, and escalations
  • Progress Reporting: Timely and accurate progress reporting and representation of delivery status in governance and steering committees
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience in a technology-related discipline, supported by a Bachelor's or College Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale, complex programs across global time zones using various delivery methodologies
  • Extensive experience in managing broad technology implementations involving modern and legacy systems, including hands-on exposure to cloud technologies
  • Demonstrated capability in preparing, managing, and monitoring budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency
  • Strong background in building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams within matrix organizations
