Job Overview

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication skills to join our team in the United States of America.

This role involves working closely with clients to establish connections and facilitate business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven individual who is able to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
  • Qualify leads and effectively communicate our business offering.
  • Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team.
  • Handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales
  • Must have experience in B2B calling and appointment setting
  • Capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects
