We are seeking a skilled HR Assistant to support our HR Manager in day-to-day operations, including payroll administration and compliance reporting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, verifying, and troubleshooting timekeeping data, assisting with payroll processing, maintaining HR documents, responding to inquiries, escalating complex issues, drafting job descriptions, managing postings, coordinating schedules, publishing internal communications, monitoring performance review timelines, supporting leadership events, and helping the HR team stay organized.
- Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of online timekeeping platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
- Friendly, resourceful communicator who knows when to escalate issues
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks, shifting priorities, and managing a workflow
- Able to work independently during off-hours or with minimal supervision
Bonus Qualifications: Experience supporting in-person leadership events or insurance-related HR administration
