We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our HR operations.

Job Overview

This role involves coordinating shift coverage, managing staff schedules, and preparing payroll data. You will also assist with tracking and ordering office and medical supplies, as well as escalate complex or sensitive HR issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clinic staff, addressing questions about schedules, time off, and pay
  • Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules to maintain compliance
  • Prepare and submit accurate payroll data through our platform
  • Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering office and medical supplies for each location
  • Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues, collaborating with leadership and external partners when necessary
Business Support
  • Track key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports to drive business growth
Administrative Support
  • Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and responding to routine internal or patient-facing questions
  • Help document and maintain internal SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proven experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal team dynamics professionally
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software
