Job Role:

Project Coordinator - Operations and Projects

The Project Coordinator - Operations and Projects is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of project management. This position ensures timely completion and high-quality results by managing client communications, maintaining accurate project documentation, coordinating supplier logistics, and optimizing system utilization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all client communications across multiple channels
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Coordinate supplier logistics, including price book updates and material procurement
  • Optimize system features to maximize operational efficiency

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with construction project management software, preferably Wunderbuild or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in accounting software integration, particularly Xero
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of residential construction processes and terminology
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead qualification processes
  • Proficiency with digital tools, including Trello and Google Workspace
