About the Role
  • Develop a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate technical solutions to meet business requirements and implement them in projects.
  • Oversee the solution architecture for HR systems, including integration with Darwinbox.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system requirements, ensuring no overlaps or redundancies.
  • Maintain high service levels by ensuring system uptime and compliance with agreements.
  • Lead the operations support team by defining standard service operations processes and evaluating task delivery against service level agreements.
  • Identify improvement areas through regular service reviews, benchmarkings, and audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Darwinbox or similar HCM tools, project management, and technical architecture is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of HCM tools and alignment with HR processes is essential.
