Seeking IT Visionary to Spearhead Enterprise-Wide Technology Strategy

Job Description

A forward-thinking organization is looking for a seasoned technology leader to drive its enterprise-wide IT strategy, systems development, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring secure, efficient, and future-ready technology operations across all business units.

  • Develop and execute the company's overall IT strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the management of IT operations, infrastructure, systems architecture, software applications, and cybersecurity.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital tools, process automation, and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, POS, HRIS).
  • Ensure robust IT governance, data security, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT team across application development, network operations, and technical support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters or MBA is a plus).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise infrastructure, ERP systems, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong background in digital transformation and IT project management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
