Administrative and Operations Professional

Manage office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize procurement activities for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Conduct cost analysis and negotiate with vendors to ensure recommendations consider quality, risk, cost, value, and compliance.
  • Manage vendors to ensure active contracts, adherence to outsourcing requirements, and timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain occupational safety and health compliance, including reports, training, and certifications.
  • Oversee office housekeeping, inventory management, document handling, asset tagging, and permit renewals, ensuring adherence to SOPs and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Office Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration, procurement, vendor management, and facilities management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to various responsibilities.
  • Efficient issue resolution skills.
