
Administrative and Operations Specialist

Manage office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize procurement activities for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Conduct cost analysis and negotiate with vendors to ensure recommendations consider quality, risk, cost, value, and compliance.
- Manage vendors to ensure active contracts, adherence to outsourcing requirements, and timely delivery of services.
- Maintain occupational safety and health compliance, including reports, training, and certifications.
- Oversee office housekeeping, inventory management, document handling, asset tagging, and permit renewals, ensuring adherence to SOPs and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Office Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration, procurement, vendor management, and facilities management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to various responsibilities.
- Efficient issue resolution skills.
