Account Director - Commerce

As a key member of our Partner Success team, you will support the success and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC. You will focus on executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform.

This is a highly cross-functional role that blends commercial acumen, operational execution, and relationship management. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure our partners' ongoing success, with a special focus on Korean-speaking partners.

  • Define and execute the Partner Success strategy for our Commerce business, from onboarding to sustained growth.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners.
  • Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is a strong plus.
