Job Summary

This role involves delivering high-quality support to property stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day management of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish effective communication channels with tenants, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs, minimizing disruptions to tenants.
  • Oversee lease agreements, enforce compliance, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle financial transactions, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Stay up-to-date with U.S. laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of property management.
  • Enter and manage data for property transactions, including bills for payment.
  • Invoice and follow up on payments, maintaining a positive cash flow.
  • Process payroll for maintenance technicians, ensuring timely payment.
  • Nurture relationships with vendors, prioritizing quality and efficiency.
