We are seeking a highly skilled System Architect, Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on designing and building scalable systems that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in process mapping, automation, and integration. They will be responsible for creating and implementing system solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Mapping and Automation: Map and simplify end-to-end processes into clear SOPs, build no/low-code integrations and automations across our stack, and launch executive dashboards to track impact.
  • Integration and API Management: Develop and implement APIs, webhooks, and integrations with various tools and platforms to streamline workflows and enhance data exchange.
  • System Orchestration: Source and orchestrate advisory committees and subject-matter experts to co-create and optimize systems across our diverse business verticals.
  • Training and Change Management: Train process owners and drive change management and adoption to ensure seamless system implementation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence with cross-industry exposure.
  • Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with Zapier/Make/Power Automate, Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace, APIs/Webhooks, and SQL/Apps Script.
  • Remote-readiness: Initial remote engagement with 4–5 hours overlap with Riyadh time; potential conversion to on-site full-time at HQ based on successful outcomes.
