Operations Implementation Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

About the Role

The Operations Implementation Specialist will oversee all aspects of plan installation operations, ensuring timely and accurate setup of new plans onto our platform. This involves working closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and completing team projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan Installation Operations: Oversee all aspects of plan installation operations, ensuring successful, timely, and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto our platform.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and ensure timely completion of team projects.
  • Bulk Plan Conversions: Conduct operational work in relation to bulk plan conversions in coordination with our partners and clients.
  • Operational Procedures: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.

  • Communication and Organization: Strong written/oral communication and organization skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to quickly learn new processes, contribute ideas, and iterate on solutions as needed.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, DocuSign, and Jira.
