Job Title

We are seeking an Implementation Operations Specialist to join our team at Invisible Expert Marketplace. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup and installation of new plans on our client platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the timely and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto the client platform
  • Working closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and ensure the timely completion of team projects
  • Conducting operational work in relation to bulk plan conversions in coordination with partners and clients
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new processes
  • Proven effectiveness in being flexible, creative, and team-oriented
  • Experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus, but not required
Benefits

This is a remote contract position that requires 45-50 hours per week, working US-East Coast/New York Time Zone hours.
