Job Title: Global Supply Chain Strategist

This role requires an experienced supply chain strategist with specialized knowledge in global FMCG markets to support and optimize all aspects of the supply chain process.

About the Role:
  • Maintain and develop comprehensive reports across planning activities, inventory levels, and key supply chain metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and recommend cost-saving measures that enhance overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain and configure master data in logistics systems and ERP platforms to ensure data accuracy and operational alignment. Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for actionable insights.
  • Planning & Process Execution: Manage DIFOT reporting and analysis, conduct weekly planning, and generate manufacturing batch orders in line with inventory policy.
  • Performance Measurement: Input and adherence to weekly and monthly reporting processes, generate insights through in-depth analysis to support continuous supply chain improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years supply chain analysis and inventory management experience.
  • Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume product environments highly preferred.
  • Exposure to AU or US logistics processes is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and logistics/ERP platforms preferably SAP and Power BI.

We're looking for a mid-senior level professional with excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization skills to coordinate across departments and work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising for non-profit organizations.
