Senior Operations Manager

Coaching and supervising a team of Operations Managers and/or Team Leaders plays a pivotal role in this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow revenue of programs, ensuring profitability through effective management of revenue, margins, billing, seat utilization, and retention.
  • Employee relation/recognition programs enhance staff development and proficiency.
  • Select, train, develop, and manage the performance of direct reports and their associates, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring consistent administration of company policies and standards.
  • Analyze and maintain Client Service Level Agreements, implementing improvement plans as needed.
  • Evaluate operations for compliance with active contracts.
  • Promote open communication, understanding client perspectives/expectations, and monitor client satisfaction.
  • Partner with Business Development to leverage new business opportunities from clients.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to review individual performance and offer developmental support.
  • Create a positive work environment through employee engagement, resolving employee relation issues professionally and promptly.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with strategic vendors to facilitate open communication and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, they should have proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment.
