We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized production assistant to support our clients in the fast-paced roofing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries related to roofing services.
  • Maintain, organize, and store company records, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist in managing roofing project timelines.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other necessary financial documentation.
  • Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage office supplies and inventories and ensure a well-organized virtual workspace.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, such as updating social media pages, maintaining company brochures, and creating promotional materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations by keeping track of necessary certifications and permits.
