Project Manager - Roofing Operations

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
  • Manage subcontractors and crews to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct post-job quality checks to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Track materials, delivery schedules, and job progress using CRM and project management tools.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Resolve issues or delays quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.
  • Maintain accurate job records for reporting and audits purposes.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
  • Relevant construction management experience, preferably in the roofing industry.
  • Ability to lead crews and interact with homeowners in a professional manner.
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong follow-through skills.
  • Video conferencing capability for virtual meetings.
  • Quiet, professional workspace environment.
  • Availability for video meetings as required.
  • No concurrent work with other clients during scheduled work hours.
  • Submission of a short video introduction as part of the application process.
