Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the operations of Application Services to ensure efficient day-to-day application operations.
  2. Oversee operation governance, service provider relationships, service delivery, SLA monitoring, incident escalation, problem management, service requests, change management, and continuous improvement.
  3. Act as escalation point for application incidents.
  4. Monitor third-party service delivery, including batch jobs and system metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years in the IT industry with experience in Service Delivery Management.
  • Strong project management skills (3+ years).
  • Technical background with understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of multiple technologies.

Applicants should possess a strong technical background with knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Experience in operational process development is also desirable. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
