About Our Talent Operations Opportunity

At our organization, we're searching for a skilled Talent Operations Associate to assist our rapidly growing recruitment team. This is a full-time contract position that's perfect for someone early in their career with a strong interest in recruiting, operations, or human resources.

You'll collaborate closely with senior recruiters to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts
  • Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and communicate with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate and track email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach
  • Monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the process on track
  • Provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to help us improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with US- and PH-based team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops — ideally post-college and in a business setting
  • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks
  • A proactive mindset — you see inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work
  • Comfortable working during US business hours (EST)
