The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, scheduling, or coordination, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

They must be confident problem solvers with strong decision-making abilities, professional, persuasive, and able to work independently. Leadership qualities and the ability to make sound staffing recommendations are also essential.
