Job Title

Key Role: Channel Partner Manager responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate 6-8 new leads per month sourced or influenced by partners.
  • Cultivate 12-18 active, producing partners with regular business contributions.
  • Enhance lead conversion rates and MQL to SQL conversions through data-driven strategies.
  • Develop customer success stories and public reviews to showcase partnership value.
  • Establish a quarterly webinar schedule and co-host industry events to foster partnerships.
  • Document key processes and playbooks, including sales/partner onboarding guides and webinar/event checklists.
Key Initiatives:
  • Partner Strategy & Operations: Develop ICP, tiering framework, and referral structure.
  • Growth Marketing Engine: Create content calendars, optimize the website, manage events, and develop customer marketing initiatives.
  • Core Processes: Establish and document key processes such as lead registration, co-selling, partner onboarding, webinar execution, and customer story collection.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems and growth marketing strategies.
  • Ability to cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive decision-making.
