About the Role:
  • This position will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate monthly Enabling Function management reporting.
  • The successful candidate will analyze, initiate, and implement areas for standardization and process improvement, supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review monthly Enabling function costs, including personnel cost and indirect costs, to ensure accurate Enabling Function reporting.
  • Financial Controls: Prepare and review monthly P&L GL transactions and coordinate with the accounting/accounts payable team to ensure effective financial controls are in place.
  • Accruals and Reconciliation: Prepare monthly EF accruals for review and monthly salary reconciliation, providing analysis for variances for review by Country EF Controllers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certifications and Experience: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 5-7 years of work experience in general accounting, controlling, management reporting, and financial reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP) are preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization.
