Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate energy efficiency standards for innovative building projects.
  • Prepare reports using industry-recognized tools such as COMcheck, California Title 24/EnergyPro, Energy Gauge, Seattle/Washington State, and ASHRAE forms.
  • Coordinate with clients, the design team, and other consultants to ensure alignment with green building goals.
  • Document LEED and WELL projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Analyze and solve engineering problems using industry standards and calculations, providing efficient solutions.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in energy design with an MEP/FP engineering consultant, showcasing expertise in energy calculations and LEED BD+C or ID+C credentials.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft 360, with knowledge of MEP engineering principles, enabling effective collaboration and communication.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently, thriving in fast-paced environments with a focus on efficiency.
