Job Opportunity:

The role of Project Transition Specialist is a vital part of the organization's Plan-to-Build Policy implementation. It ensures that Renewable Energy (RE) growth projects transition smoothly from origination to operations. This specialist tracks project activities, prepares materials for stage gate reviews, and assists in operational readiness assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and track RE growth project activities by analyzing project readiness data and ensuring alignment with the Plan-to-Build Policy and Stage Gate Project Management Model.
  • Prepare and consolidate project documentation, including stage gate review requirements, by working closely with process owners and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Coordinate between teams, ensuring that gate review meetings are well-organized, documented, and issues are proactively addressed.
  • Analyze project transition risks by identifying potential challenges and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Provide operational insights by conducting independent assessments and making recommendations on project readiness and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any management or engineering-related course.
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience in project or portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated capability in planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
  • Leadership experience as a project lead for a minimum of one year, showcasing skills in coordinating teams, allocating resources, and managing stakeholder expectations.
