Overview

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the market. This includes liaising with team members to deliver projects and being fully responsible for sampling and setup aspects.

">Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project tasks are executed, including link setup, testing, and delivery of study invitations via custom tools.
  • Sampling is managed for allocated projects from setup to custom recruitment.
  • Project recruitment methodology is understood and coordinated with assistants to maximize results.
  • A sampling plan is built for allocated projects.
  • Teams are liaised with to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
  • Projects are reviewed regularly, and managers are informed when internal sampling strategies are exhausted.
  • Recruitment updates are provided to the project management team upon request.
  • Alternative sampling strategies are engaged when internal panel samples are insufficient.
  • Sampling performance is tracked, monitored, and reported on at a project level.
  • M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools are understood to support project deliverability.
  • Project managers' and stakeholders' requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects are attended to ensure specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood.
  • Notes are taken and shared with attendees after key meetings.
  • Internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews are hosted for clients, ensuring interviews are conducted on time.
  • Custom recruitment performance is tracked and reported on.
  • PMs are supported to ensure that projects are closed and ready for invoicing in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare is preferred but not required.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience is ideal.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented individuals who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are needed.
  • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure are must-haves.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics is critical.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules, are necessary.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new technologies/software are required.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc., are needed.
  • An interest in the healthcare space is desirable.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to improve skills proactively are essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment is necessary.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks throughout the workday are must-haves.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are critical.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
