Aux is seeking a skilled professional to manage daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, payables, receivables, and month-end close. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in accounting systems, and the ability to work night shift hours to support clients.

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage payment runs for approved invoices and maintain organized documentation.
  • Oversee employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, verifying compliance with company guidelines.
  • Accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, proactively communicating with customers.
  • Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids and accruals.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and ad hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.
