This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Merchandising Manager and other team members to manage national merchandising calendars, toolkits, and inventory reports while overseeing vendor management, budget processing, and trade activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Merchandising Calendar Management: You will help consolidate merchandising calendars, inventory reports, and execution updates to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
  2. Manage Vendor Partnerships: You will oversee vendor relationships, service agreements, and performance tracking to ensure seamless collaboration and compliance with company standards.
  3. Coordinate POSM Production and Deployment: You will handle the production, deployment, and warehousing processes of POSM to ensure efficient distribution and display.
  4. Validate and Process Budgets: You will assist in validating and processing budgets to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  5. Develop Merchandising Toolkits and Best Practices: You will contribute to the development of merchandising toolkits, guidelines, and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our merchandising operations.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: A college graduate with at least one year of experience in FMCG or multinational companies (Marketing & Sales).
  • Skills and Qualifications: Knowledgeable in merchandising, trade activations, project, and budget management, as well as execution planning; proficient in MS Office (Excel); and possessing strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent English communication skills (oral and written), results-driven, and detail-oriented.
