Amazon PPC Specialist

This role is responsible for developing and executing a clear, goal-aligned Amazon advertising strategy across the entire product portfolio.

The successful candidate will have proven expertise in Amazon advertising campaign structuring, bid optimization, and scaling.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze ad performance data and turn it into actionable insights. Strong documentation skills are also essential for building internal playbooks and scalable systems.

The Amazon PPC specialist will work independently, planning, executing, and optimizing advertising strategies including campaign structuring, bid adjustments, keyword targeting, and placement optimization.

The role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to communicate proactively and provide regular updates.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving measurable results and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a clear, goal-aligned Amazon advertising strategy across the entire product portfolio
  • Analyze ad performance data to inform strategic decisions
  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising strategies including campaign structuring, bid adjustments, keyword targeting, and placement optimization
  • Communicate proactively and provide regular updates to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven Amazon FBA advertising expertise (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in international marketplaces (ideally in non-English speaking markets such as Germany, France, Italy, and Spain)
  • Strong performance marketing and conversion rate optimization background with a data-driven mindset
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to communicate proactively
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving measurable results and continuous improvement
  • Track record of owning responsibilities fully, demonstrating commitment and accountability in all aspects of work
