Job Title: Corporate English Trainer

Overview
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced trainer to deliver live video training sessions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, both orally and in writing, and be able to teach video classes using online platforms.

A Bachelor's degree is required, as well as at least 3 years of corporate experience and/or 1 year of adult teaching experience.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, pleasant, and engaging, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver live video training sessions to 1 learner or to a group per session;
  • Write lesson reports to the learner groups to document what was covered in each session;
  • Develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of our clients;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, linguistics);
  • At least 3 years of corporate experience and/or 1 year of adult teaching experience;
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, both orally and in writing;
  • Ability to teach video classes using online platforms;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
