Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Key Stakeholder Relations Specialist. This role involves identifying, developing, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in areas of operation or where service presence is required.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing issues and concerns affecting the company's interests arising from external stakeholders in areas where the business operates. They will also protect, preserve, and enhance the company's reputation by conveying the company's message clearly and effectively to the public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage issues and concerns affecting the company's interests
  • Protect and enhance the company's reputation

Requirements

  • Graduate degree related to Business, Mass Communication, Psychology, or similar field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Existing network in Visayas within Government Agencies, LGUs, Media (National and Local)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, budgeting, planning, and audit
  • Computer literate; non-professional driver's license preferred
  • Sales experience and customer-centric approach
  • Knowledge in animal science, food processing, and environmental safety; ability to advise and influence

Working Conditions
