Lead Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Lead Business Development Manager.

  1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the BD team, coaching members on sales strategy, performance, and best practices that drive growth and team development.
  2. They will own the initial client journey, working closely with decision-makers to guide them from interest to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and value-driven start with our product.
  3. Pursuing new business opportunities across industries through strategic outreach, product trials, and partnerships is also a key responsibility of this role.
  4. The successful candidate will refine and scale BD processes, building playbooks and improving systems to boost efficiency and team impact.
  5. Driving results with data by tracking performance, managing pipelines, and forecasting outcomes using CRM dashboards and key metrics is essential in this position.
  6. Collaborating across teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Operations) to align strategies and ensure seamless onboarding and handoffs is another crucial aspect of this role.
  7. Leading client-facing demos, meetings, or events that showcase our product's value and close deals is also required.
  8. Helping shape our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy by sharing insights on market trends, customer needs, and product feedback is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
