
Remote Sales Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to work as a Home-Based Sales Support Assistant.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of long-term relationships with clients by connecting them with promotional product solutions, and helping design and implement systems within the department to improve organization and efficiency.
- Provide high-level administrative support to sales executives, including email management, data entry, and calendar organization.
- Assist in developing business strategies that drive growth and revenue through effective relationship-building and communication.
- Help maintain an up-to-date contact database and generate, compile, and create quotes, sales orders, and documents using ERP software.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proficient keyboarding/data entry skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a college or university degree preferred.
