Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Roving Sales Associate who can effectively drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective visual merchandising, market knowledge, and product expertise.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and conduct regular inventory reconciliations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the selling area and storage space.
  • Regularly check and update pricing information for items, including markdowns and markups.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and report findings to the Sales Coordinator or Immediate Superior.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management and attend to ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in any field, with a college graduate preferred.
  • At least 6 months of good selling performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hardworking, honest, and people-oriented qualities.
  • A pleasing personality and physical fitness.
  • The ability to multitask, work fast, and adapt to a retail store operation schedule.
  • A customer service-oriented mindset and positive disposition.

Preferred Location:

Candidates willing to be assigned to areas near SM Manila and SM San Lazaro Department Store are encouraged to apply.
