As a key member of the refrigeration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operation of our refrigeration systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, generating comprehensive reports, and maintaining accurate records to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Monitor refrigeration systems for performance issues and promptly notify relevant personnel for troubleshooting and corrective action
    • Generate detailed reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and incidents to inform strategic decision-making
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain precise records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure transparency and accountability
    • Coordinate complex schedules for routine maintenance and emergency repairs with skilled technicians and vendors
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Act as the central point of contact between refrigeration technicians, facility managers, and external vendors to facilitate effective collaboration
    • Communicate critical system alerts or malfunctions promptly to relevant teams to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
  • Documentation and Compliance
    • Ensure all refrigeration logs, compliance records, and safety certifications are up-to-date and filed appropriately to maintain regulatory compliance
    • Assist with audits and documentation to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
  • Inventory and Supplies Management
    • Track and manage inventory related to refrigeration, including spare parts and refrigerant supplies, to prevent stockouts and overstocking
    • Order necessary materials and maintain an organized supply system to optimize storage and retrieval efficiency
  • General Administrative Tasks
    • Respond to inquiries, handle correspondence, and manage data entry for refrigeration-related operations to provide seamless support
    • Support budgeting and cost-tracking for refrigeration maintenance and repairs to inform strategic financial decisions
