Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products/services
- Generate leads and gather information on potential clients' needs and interests
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and calls
- Follow a prepared script to ensure consistency and accuracy in information delivery
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
- Handle objections and rejection in a professional and positive manner
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar sales role
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the technology industry
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of sales principles and best practices
