The Role
The HR Delivery Relationship Management Lead will play a key role in supporting the implementation of human resources strategies and policies across the organization. You will be responsible for building relationships with HR partners, stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure effective delivery and execution of processes. You will also be involved in process reviews, improvement, investigation, and resolution, as well as leading country/pillar huddles and implementing projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Build relationships with HR partners, stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure effective delivery and execution of processes
• Conduct process reviews, improvement, investigation, and resolution
• Lead country/pillar huddles
• Implement projects and initiatives
• Analyze trends, metrics, and issues to refine the operating model
• Exercise people management capacities

Requirements
• 6-10 years of experience with background in Financial Services Industry (Commercial Banking related experience is an advantage)
• Extensive knowledge of the Client Onboarding processes
• Working knowledge of Commercial Liability Account Opening, Maintenance & Anti Money Laundering (AML) Requirements
• Working knowledge of Systematics, Filenet, Citi Know Your Client (KYC), Workforce Management (WFM) and Commercial Liability Products
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
