Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the financial planning team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth preparation and lodging of financial documents.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in financial and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing internal databases, drafting client correspondence, and liaising with providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in the preparation and lodging of financial documents.
  2. Managing internal databases to ensure accurate tracking of implementation tasks.
  3. Drafting client correspondence, including reports and presentations.
  4. Liaising with providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. SUPPORTING AD HOC TASKS AS REQUIRED BY THE FINANCIAL PLANNING TEAM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial and administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
