Job Title: Senior Staff Services Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Services Manager to lead our technical delivery of Market Management Systems (MMS) offerings. This role involves ensuring contractual commitments are met, supporting customer implementations across various regions, and managing project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Implementation: Lead the technical implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers, applying Agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
  • Customer Interaction: Manage customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust, while collaborating with global teams to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, especially in the electrical utility industry.
  • Tech Expertise: Experience with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS, and knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is a plus.
