Technical Support Trainee Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a Trainee Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.

Your primary focus will be on diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by clients, collaborating with senior support staff to understand and troubleshoot complex software and hardware problems.

You will also assist clients in navigating our products, providing clear instructions and guidance in a user-friendly manner, and document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn about software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Loves solving problems and an analytical person.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
