Technical Support Specialist

Description

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality technical assistance to customers. This includes resolving complex technical issues, providing training and documentation to customer-facing teams, and managing second-level customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical training and documentation to support customer-facing teams.
  • Manage second-level phone and email support.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 Technical Support and/or Management as necessary.
  • Perform maintenance tasks and routine system checks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They must also have hands-on hardware troubleshooting and equipment support experience. Additionally, they should have knowledge of application/system maintenance activities and relevant technologies such as VoIP software and NodeJS.
