Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EDI Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining EDI systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless data exchange.

  • Monitor EDI communications to ensure uninterrupted data exchange with partners.
  • Utilize the EDI application dashboard and reports to assess overall system health.
  • Process and track all inbound and outbound EDI transactions daily.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Transportation Industry or Logistics field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or related field.
  • EDI Experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in Warehouse Distribution, Order Picking and Buying.
