Job Title: Process Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Process Management Professional to manage and optimize our freight forwarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tracking and updating shipment information in real-time.
  • Registering shipments and consolidations efficiently.
  • Updating order track reports for seamless logistics management.
  • Sending commercial documents and worksheets promptly.
  • Processing transshipments and invoices accurately.
  • Lodging sea cargo automation and uploading Telex HBL/MBL data.
  • Sending arrival notices and LCL manifests on time.
  • Creating organizations and entering data within specified SLAs.
Required Qualifications:
  • A degree in customs administration or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in EDI and Incoterms is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems is required.
  • Related work experience in a freight/brokerage firm is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including email, chat, and online meetings, are crucial.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and handling freight documents are vital.
