Online Store Operations Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our online store operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

  • Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields.
  • Coordinate new product launches and ensure all relevant details are published accurately and on time.
  • Update content blocks and banners on Homepage, landing pages, and other required areas.
  • Support the build and scheduling of email campaigns.
  • Work with marketing teams and be aware of trading calendar plans and strategies.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics to inform decision making and improve KPIs.
  • Support the creation of digital marketing activities like meta audience creation and Google Ads setup.
  • Assist the head of e-commerce and digital in tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g., product review tools, metafields, upsell apps).
