Key Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Operations

    • Pull and organize inventory from external sources, guaranteeing seamless order fulfillment.
    • Execute targeted email campaigns using pre-written scripts to boost customer engagement.
    • Manage customer credits, discounts, and promotional codes to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Graphic Design & Content Creation
    • Design eye-catching social media graphics and banners using Canva to enhance brand identity and campaign themes.
    • Develop visually appealing content to captivate audiences and drive engagement.
  • Social Media & Marketplace Management
    • Post short-form videos and product promotions across TikTok, Facebook, and eBay to reach a wider audience.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
    • Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
    • Support logistics, scheduling, and backend tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
    Requirements:
    • Skilled in Canva and comfortable creating marketing visuals to enhance brand identity.
    • Experienced with e-commerce tools (CommentSold, Shopify, or similar platforms) to manage online inventory.
    • Familiar with email marketing workflows and customer segmentation to drive engagement.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote role.
