Job Description

The Senior Global Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for leading and delivering complex, multi-country projects that drive business transformation and operational excellence across global functions. This role manages cross-cultural teams, oversees end-to-end project lifecycles, and ensures alignment with strategic objectives.

This senior-level position requires the ability to partner with senior stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while fostering collaboration across global business units.

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets. You will also lead the execution of large-scale, cross-border projects, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and advanced proficiency in project management tools. You should also have a proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex, and multi-country projects.

Additionally, you should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field, and at least 10 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership capacity.

Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or PgMP are preferred but not required. Agile/Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
