Finance Analyst

The role of a Finance Analyst is to drive business growth by providing financial insights and analysis.

You will be responsible for creating dashboards, delivering monthly management reports, and conducting variance analysis to help inform business decisions. A key part of this role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and driving process improvements to streamline reporting.

As a finance professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in finance analysis or commercial finance, you will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will also have the ability to think critically and strategically, and to turn complex data into actionable insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide value-added solutions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on financial analysis and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA qualified or working towards it)
  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience in finance analysis, reporting, or commercial finance
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Tools and Technology: Proficient in Excel, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar tools
