Job Title: Rental Portfolio Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Rental Portfolio Coordinator to assist the Leasing manager in various matters related to property management and tenant operations.

The successful candidate will ensure tenant compliance with our marketing efforts, handle pre- and post-handover ingress and egress monitoring for new leases, and liaise with internal and external parties regarding tenant-related concerns.

To be considered for this role, you should have a degree in any business field and experience in Tenant Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. You must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have good number skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rental Portfolio Coordinator and contribute to the success of our property management operations.

  1. You will work closely with the Leasing manager to coordinate tenant activities and ensure seamless execution of leasing processes.
  2. Your responsibilities will include ensuring tenant compliance with our marketing efforts, handling pre- and post-handover ingress and egress monitoring for new leases, and liaising with internal and external parties regarding tenant-related concerns.
  3. You will also be responsible for assisting in Leasing activities whenever needed and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.

As a Rental Portfolio Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with our tenants and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of property management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
